The Sinister Six is a powerful team of dangerous supervillains, assembled by Vulture in order do something for their own benefit.
History[]
Spider-Man Multiversal Crisis[]
Adrian Toomes finds himself transported from his home reality to Morbius' universe by a spell on an otherwise empty cell and was discovered. Upon arriving, Toomes was confused on how it happened. The news also reported this incident after realizing there was no record of him at all. Afterwards, a hearing was scheduled that would likely result in his immediate release once the police had no proof of his criminal record in this universe.

After being released, he re-constructed a copy of his Vulture exo-suit using the local resources and read about Michael Morbius; a vampiric doctor who used his condition to help fight criminals. Adrian tracked down Morbius, sending an invitation to meet him. Arriving at the meeting point, Adrian was glad Morbius accepted; suggesting they "some good" by forming a team, while stating his belief Spider-Man was responsible for his displacement. Morbius finds his proposal "intriguing", agreeing to help him.
