- In the comics, John Jonah Jameson Jr. is the publisher or editor-in-chief in The Daily Bugle. He is Peter Parker's boss there and Spider-Man's harshest critic. He is also John Jameson's dad.
Behind the Scenes[]
- J.K. Simmons, who played J. Jonah Jameson in Venom: Let There Be Carnage, was originally going to appear in a cameo as Jonah in Morbius, but his appearance was cut due to Sony Pictures Entertainment producers realizing that the film couldn't take place in the same reality as the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Spider-Man films.[2]
