The Foreigner was a mercenary and assassin with experience with weapons and martial arts training by the Hitman, which was killed by Kraven the Hunter, causing the Foreigner became embittered and wanting revenge on him. The Foreigner also obtained a superhuman ability to hypnotize other people through eye contact for about 10 seconds, but he counts to 3 very slowly. Finding clues, the Foreigner was contacted by Rhino and worked along with him to hunt and kill Kraven. After that moment, the Foreigner would go to every place related to Kraven to find out clues to his residence, thus ambushing him if he denied rescuing his brother. When the Foreigner was finally able to defeat Kraven, he was going to obtain his long-awaited revenge, however at the last second he was killed by Calypso, failing the execution.
Foreigner was the apprentice of an assassin named Hitman, whom he saw as his mentor and almost brother, teaching him everything about fighting, bilingualism and criminal life. Sometime later, Kraven the Hunter ambushed Hitman's base, cutting his throat in a fight, making Foreigner swore revenge on him by traveling the world looking for the Hunter, thus acquiring his codename, and writing notes about the clues he found. At some point in his life, Foreigner gained powers capable of hypnotizing people if they maintained eye contact with him. He also gained access to MI6 formulas, obtaining a gun capable of generating illusions at the target he fired.[2]
Foreigner was contacted by Rhino in order to help him find Kraven the Hunter, after receiving a footage from the Russian Penal Colony which gave the identity of Sergei Kravinoff. Locating the assassination of Seymon Chorney, Foreigner went to the penal colony to find clues. At the place, he found the tiger teeth that was used to murder Chorney, however his presence alerted a guard.

Trying to calm him down, Foreigner explained to the guard that he was only looking for the prisoner who killed Chorney, causing the guard to target him as a suspect. With no other options, Foreigner raised his hands and explained to the guard who he was, taking off his glasses to hypnotize him, counting up to three seconds very slow. With the guard hypnotized, Foreigner stole his gun and stood behind him, shooting the guard twice in the chest as he turned around, saying goodbye for now and putting his glasses back on.[2]
Killing Bardum[]

"How'd it go?" "She took it." "Of course she took it. But did she believe you?" "Yeah, she trusts me. Which is why I want double what your boss promised." "Double? Why not triple?"
Back in London and with Rhino's contact, Foreigner and Rhino planned to kill Bardum, a Rhino's employee who was being to greedy, knowing that he was going to contact Calypso Ezili to give her the information about Ömer Ozdemir, the one who carried out Dmitri's kidnapping. After these two met, Foreigner put on call Rhino and waited for Bardum on the stairs where he was going, asking him how it went.
Foreigner confirms the kill
With Bardum responding that Calypso took the file, Foreigner clarified that she clearly took it, but it was more important if she believed him. Bardum clarified that she believed him and asked for double what his boss promised for that, to which Foreigner played with him by asking him if he doesn't want the triple. Bardum told him to not to play with him, causing Foreigner to took off his glasses to put him under hypnosis, killing him as Rhino heard the gunshot from the call, confirming that the kill was already done.[2]

After Kraven the Hunterinfiltrated in the Ömer Ozdemir's monastery and Rhino relocated Dmitri Kravinoff to his penthouse, Foreigner went to Turkey at the monastery in search of evidence that would lead to Sergei Kravinoff. Looking around on the ground, Foreigner found what appeared to be a dart filled with residue from Siberian Rosary Peas, a rare species native to a specific area of far eastern Siberia.

When he put the dart in the sunlight to see it properly, two officers of the Turkish General Directorate of Security interrogated him by asking who he was. Imitating a coroner, Foreigner jokingly asked if they had evidence bags, since he left his in the car. Confusing the guards, Foreigner explained about the residue on the dart, saying that whoever did this knows about toxins. Foreigner then took off his glasses to use his powers against the guards, using the dart to stab them both, saying again goodbye for now.[2]
Meeting Rhino[]

"But Kraven is nature's perfect predator. He has no known weaknesses. But you found one. And I know how to exploit it."
Back in London again, Foreigner went to Aleksei Sytsevich's Penthouse to inform Rhino about the siberian rosary pea found. Going up the elevator, Foreigner was pointed by four men of Rhino after thinking this was Kraven doing an ambush. Playing with Rhino, Foreigner takes off his glasses to hypnotize everyone in the room who was making eye contact with him, flipping Bert's gun as a joke.
Sitting behind Dmitri, who was also hypnotized, Foreigner put his glasses back on and grabbed the plate he was eating. With the effect over, Dmitri was scared by Foreigner's presence behind him, while Rhino threatened to gouge out his eyes if he tried that trick again, to which Foreigner responded to relax as he was eating the meat on Dmitri's plate. With the situation calmed, Foreigner showed Rhino his notes on the evidence he had collected on Kraven.
Foreigner explains his obsession
Rhino, intrigued, asked why the obsession with the hunter, to which Foreigner replied about how he was raised by his mentor Hitman, who was beheaded by Kraven, asking if Rhino knew of him. With Rhino replying that he sounds familiar, Foreigner told how he was killed and how Kraven has no weaknesses. However, Rhino had found one, which was Dmitri, and Foreigner explained he knew how to exploit it. Rhino, uninterested, wanted Foreigner to skip to the interesting part, to which Foreigner showed him the rosary peas plant native to a specific area of Siberia, being the place where Kraven was going to be.[2]
Heading to Kraven's territory, Foreigner prepared himself by equipping with the MI6-made weapon. In the car, Rhino asked about the weapon Foreigner equipped himself with, to which Foreigner replied about how he would need more than a gun to kill Kraven, explaining how this formula was particularly effective, with first unleashing the individual's worst nightmares and then paralyzing vital organs to finally violent die, liking Rhino.
Stopping to threaten Kraven, Foreigner stood and waited with a rifle, until Kraven rejected the proposal, having to approach his territory to ambush him as he left them with no other option. At his territory, the entire crew exited their cars in preparation for Kraven's arrival. When Rhino's dog, Ryazha, barked, Foreigner knew that Kraven had arrived, informing the group. Just then, Kraven's cheetah attacked the men. Foreigner was unfazed, however, he watched Dmitri escape through the woods, chasing him.[2]
In the woods, Foreigner finally came face to face with Kraven, shooting him with the tranquilizer from afar. While Kraven was suffering from the hallucinations of the tranquilizer, Foreigner approached to him to explain its effects, taking off his glasses when Kraven tried to attack him, causing him to become hypnotized along with the hallucinogenic effects. As he counted one, Foreigner disappeared as Kraven ran through him.

Continuing to count to three, Foreigner shot Kraven twice in the chest again. With Kraven removing the darts, Foreigner explained that as the poison progresses to his spinal cord, he begins to lose motor function and then fixation. Appearing behind Kraven and grabbing his back, Foreigner began to mock him about whether he was truly the legend, the myth. Being attacked by Kraven, Foreigner was able to subdue him by rolling onto his back, dodging him.

Grabbing him from behind, Foreigner defended Kraven's attempted blow, subduing him again. Foreigner then told Kraven how he was now just a regular man, choking him when he tried to attack him again, and kicking him to the ground. Along with the effects of the tranquilizer, Foreigner duplicated himself multiple times in Kraven's vision, confusing Kraven just before kicking him again. Teleporting multiple times in Kraven's mind, Foreigner was able to land multiple blows on Kraven.

Being punched in the face, Kraven attempted to fight back by knocking him down. However, Foreigner was able to make him hallucinate that he was hitting him on the ground, which was actually a log. Foreigner then appeared behind Kraven to mock about how he was giving hell to the log he was punching, kicking him in the chest which knocked him down again. With Kraven on the ground, Foreigner stood over him, pointing a gun at Kraven and mocking about believing that killing him would be more difficult.
Before shooting, the Foreigner informed Bert that the job was done, but that they would have to find the brother who got away. Aiming at Kraven, the Foreigner began to count again to three to end his life for once. However, as he was counting to number two, he was shot in the left eye with an arrow by Calypso, Kraven's companion, causing him to fall and shoot at the ground, missing the shot as Bert thought that Kraven had been killed. Calypso then completed Foreigner's count by saying "Three, motherfucker".[2]
Foreigner's physical strength is very powerful, allowing him to punch, kick and knock Kraven multiple times with blows that can leave him on the ground. Foreigner also able to parry against Kraven's attacks, even being able to subdue him for brief moments, and being capable of choking him with many strengths.
Enhanced Speed:

Foreigner has an enhanced speed that allow him to briefly move much faster than a normal human. He was quick enough to give multiple blows to Kraven, without him reacting to them. Also, his speed is increased if his targets are under the effect of his hypnosis.
Enhanced Agility: Foreigner has also an enhanced agility that allows him to jump back kick, roundhouse kick, and kick Kraven while sliding, also hitting him with his knee briefly after. His agility is also increased if his targets are under the effect of his hypnosis.
Enhanced Stamina: While fighting Kraven, Foreigner is able to stand and fight without getting tired after all the blows he gave to him, maintaining his sanity.
Enhanced Reflexes: Foreigner reflexes were sharp and fast enough to react to Kraven's rapid attacks very quickly, being able to dodge or parry them to subduing him briefly after.

Foreigner is an extremely skilled and formidable hand-to-hand combatant and martial artist, having trained by Hitman for the criminal life-style. He has his fighting style perfected, primarily using straight kicks to knock down his enemies. His attacks also were fluid and swift, allowing him to transition from attack to defense rapidly. While fighting Kraven the Hunter, he used punches to the face and kicks, while at the same time being able to efficiently defend the attacks that were returned to him.
Master Marksman: Trained by Hitman, Foreigner was an accomplished marksman in sharpshooting, being able to, among other things, shoot his targets in the chest to killing them efficiently, or shoot Kraven perfectly with the MI6 Formula Tranquilizer on the side of his back where his combat suit didn't cover him.
Foreigner was an extremely skilled gymnast, acrobat and aerialist, being able to give multiple complex kicks to Kraven, as in mid-air or while sliding.
Expert Spy: Foreigner commonly poses as a coroner, managing to briefly hide his true intentions to the russian guard or from the two officers from the Turkish General Directorate of Security.
